YPAM to inaugurate Toastmasters led Youth Leadership Program
The Youth and Parents Association of Markham (YPAM) cordially invites you to attend the inauguration of the Youth Leadership Program (YLP) with Markham Toastmasters.
YPAM is working under the motto “The Leader in ME” to develop public speaking skills in youth through the facilitation of activities and lessons. Participants will work using the public speaking curriculum manual provided by Toastmasters International. They will apply practical and theoretical models to harness new and developing skills in public speaking.
YPAM is working with a large community of youth and parents by mentoring, motivating and empowering through educational innovation. The YLP program will help enable youth to harness key learning skills including attention to detail, confidence, and teamwork. The next step in motivating youth of today towards their potential as future social innovators and leaders of tomorrow.
