Councillor Castro Liu, Ward 3: Vaccination Clinics update - York Region expanding COVID-19 vaccine eligibility to anyone 12+

On Friday, May 21 at 8:30 a.m., anyone 12+ living, working or going to school in #YorkRegion can book a #COVID19 vaccine appointment at http://york.ca/covid19vaccine.

Currently, Pfizer is the only COVID-19 vaccine approved for use in anyone between the ages of 12-15 in Canada.

Anyone 13 or younger will require a parent or guardian to provide their consent at the time of vaccination. Additionally, they will have to be 12 at the time of their appointment.

Vaccines are delivered by appointment only; walk-ins not accepted.
