Official Plan amendment open house
You are invited to a preliminary official plan amendment virtual open house on Monday, June 22nd at 7:30pm.
This is regarding two draft Official Plan Amendments initiated by the City as part of the Official Plan Update to:
·permit new automotive related land uses in all or some employment areas; and
·permit the conversion of specific lands along the east side of Leslie Street, and south of Major Mackenzie Drive East designated "Employment Area" to a designation that permits new and/or expanded institutional, office, and small scale retail uses.
Why is this important to me?
A potential application may be submitted for a car dealership at the southeast corner of Leslie and Headford. I’d like to gather your input as this may/may not have an impact to Bayview Hill residents.
