陳國治發表聲明，譴責仇華手機遊戲

針對一間基於萬錦的公司製作的一個無可寬恕的種族歧視的遊戲視頻，我表示強烈譴責。該遊戲以貶低和侮辱描述華裔社區，令我感到震驚。就在上個月，我曾抨擊萬錦發生的種族主義事件，獲知此類活動再度出現，令我非常不安。華裔社區爲安大略的文化、經濟和繁榮做出重要貢獻，我非常驕傲我們設立了安大略反種族歧視總署，反擊並努力防止這些令人厭惡的行爲。在我們國家和我們省，種族歧視都不能容忍，在我們萬錦-於人村這樣的富有生機而多元的選區，同樣不能容忍。

I strongly condemn the Markham-based company that has created an inexcusably racist video game. I am appalled by its demeaning and offensive depictions of the Chinese community. I spoke out about racist incidents in Markham just last month and it is truly disturbing to learn that these types of actions continue to emerge. The Chinese-Canadian community has contributed significantly to the culture, economy, and vitality of Ontario. I am proud that we have put in place the Ontario Anti-Racism Directorate to combat these sorts of repugnant actions and work to prevent them. Racism is not welcome in our country and province, and it sure is not welcome in my vibrantly diverse riding of Markham-Unionville.
