S.E.A.S. Centre is an incorporated charitable social services agency that promotes family harmony and supports the integration of newcomers into Canadian life. It serves the GTA population through its Regent Park Centre, Toronto East Chinatown Centre, North York Centre, Markham Centre, and the newly acquired permanent service centre in Scarborough. The community is always in need of its services but due to diminishing funding sources and increasing demand it has become more challenging to sustain quality services.

The producer and director is Dennis Wong, former Hong Kong Television Broadcasts dancer; the original screenplay is written by Silvia Liu, former director of the Guangdong Television; and the art director is Margaret Xu, former professor of the Shanghai Theatre Academy.
