Premier Doug Ford and MPP Daisy Wai Extend Warm Wishes for a Prosperous Year of the Dragon

As the Year of the Dragon unfolds, Premier Doug Ford and MPP Daisy Wai (Richmond Hill) joined in the celebration of this auspicious occasion, spreading joy and prosperity throughout the community.

The festivities kick off this morning at The One Chinese Fusion Cuisine (9019 Bayview Ave Unit 9, Richmond Hill) where Premier Doug Ford, several cabinet ministers, MPP Daisy Wai and local celebrities distribute traditional red packets and share “Kung Hey” greetings with restaurant customers and staff, setting the tone for an auspicious year ahead.

Following this joyful gathering, Premier Doug Ford, MPP Daisy Wai and MPP Billy Pang (Markham-Unionville) will embark on a mall walk at First Markham Place to engage with the community and spread good cheer. The celebration culminates with another mall walk at Hillcrest Mall, where MPP Daisy Wai will continue to engage with residents, spreading the spirit of the Lunar New Year and wishing everyone prosperity, good health, and success in the Year of the Dragon.
