電力使用時間和受費率
電力服務的收費率乃省級事務。本省自2020年3月24日起開始了為期45天的全天候非高峰時段收費。
通過低收入能源援助計劃(LEAP),低收入客戶可以獲得直接支助用以支付賬單。補助金的目的是讓低收入客戶在COVID-19疫情期間電力和天然氣供應不會被中斷。
如果您有未繳帳單而且力和天然氣供應可能被中斷,你可能有資格收取以下資助:
• $500元的電費資助(如果您的物業是以電力制暖,則有資格獲得$600元)
• $500元的天然氣賬單

O 1.25億加元將用在牛肉,家禽和豬肉生產商上,以協助增加肉類生產。
O 7700萬加元將用於協助食品加工商購買個人防護設備和其他基本用品,以確保工人安全。
O 5000萬加元將投放至在「過余食品購買計劃」上面。聯邦政府將購買大量可能被浪費的產品,如土豆,家禽或蘑菇等,並將這些糧食將分發給不同的組織,以應付糧食供應不穩的情況。

The men and women of the Toronto Civic Employees Union Local 416 are those employees who work out in the community ensuring, among other things, that our garbage and recycling are picked up; the potholes in our streets are repaired; and, the water in our taps is safe to drink. They have gone to work for us every day during the COVID-19 crisis.
Food Banks

Hydro Time of Use Rates
Electrical time of use rates is a Provincial matter. As of March 24th, 2020, Ontario Hydro began to charge the off-peak rate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for a period of 45 days.
Through the Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP), low-income customers can get direct support to pay bills and ensure electricity and natural gas services are not disconnected during the COVID-19 outbreak.
If you are behind on your bill and may have your service disconnected, you could qualify for:
·$500 for electricity bills ($600 if your home is heated electrically)
·$500 for natural gas bills

City of Toronto
·PPE inventory levels continue to remain stable.
·Toronto Public Health will begin collecting more data on race, income, household size and Indigenous/First Nations status whilst investigating COVID-19 cases.
Government of Ontario
·The Government of Ontario is expanding virtual mental health services to help Ontarians experiencing anxiety and depression, including frontline health care workers, during the COVID-19 outbreak.
o Part of the Province’s $12-million funding of mental health initiatives during COVID-19 will go to mental health agencies hire and train more staff, purchase needed equipment, and support the creation and enhancement of virtual supports for mental health services including: Internet-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (iCBT); Supports for frontline health care workers; and, Virtual mental health support services. Government of Canada
·The Federal Government announced $252 million in financial aid for the food and agriculture industry.
o $125 million goes towards beef, poultry and pork producers to help manage the increase in animals on the production plants.
o $77 million goes towards food processors to buy personal protective equipment and other essential supplies to keep workers safe.
o Surplus Food Purchase Program starting with a $50 million fund, the federal government will buy large quantities of certain products that may be wasted such as potatoes, poultry or mushrooms. This food will be distributed to different organizations to fight food insecurity.
o A $200 million credit line will be launched for dairy producers
o 43% of all COVID-19 confirmed cases in Canada are now recovered from the virus
