• 12,033宗累計確診病例
• 198宗新病例 (較日前多15宗)
• 352名患者需要入院,其中86人在重症監護病房留醫

安大略省政府
• 省政府將宣佈企業如何就第二階段的經濟重啓措施作出準備。
• 根據省政府預算,經濟在COVID-19疫情過後的復蘇期將需要230億加元,因此已各向聯邦政府尋求援助。
O 上述估計金額包括醫療保健費用、購買所需物資(如個人防護裝備)的資金、市政資金、對長期護理院的援助和向家庭提供托兒費用。
加拿大聯邦政府
• 殘疾人士將可獲發一次性和免稅的補助金。最高金額為600加元。
• 聯邦政府正將實行全國無障礙工作場所地計劃,以協助殘疾人士尋找和保留良好的職位。
O 聯邦政府將資助5個新項目,以協助殘疾工人獲得支用以克服工作場所障礙的裝備。
O 五月份有更多加拿大人重返工作崗位,120萬申領了CERB的加拿大居民無需繼續接受援助。
O 聯邦政府將付出140億加元幫協助各省重整經濟。

City of Toronto
·The City of Toronto is providing guidance to safely reopen restaurants for indoor and outdoor dining and personal service settings for personal care services once provincial orders are lifted for these sectors of the economy. Read more..
·With nice weather approaching, residents are encouraged to head outside in their local neighbourhood for fresh air and exercise, but are reminded to practice physical distancing or wear a face covering or non-medical mask where physical distancing cannot be maintained. Read more..
·The Province of Ontario announced that short-term rentals would be allowed to resume operations. In Toronto, short-term rentals are regulated by the City’s Zoning By-laws and Licensing and Registration of Short-Term Rentals Bylaw and resumption of operation must be in accordance with these bylaws. Government of Ontario
·The Government of Ontario will announce how businesses can prepare for the Stage 2 re-opening the Province.
·The Ontario Government has identified up to $23 billion needed for the economic recovery due to COVID-19 and is asking the Federal Government for help.
o The estimate includes healthcare costs, funding for needed supplies like PPE, funding for municipalities, supporting long-term care homes and childcare costs to support families
Government of Canada
·Canadians with disabilities will receive a one-time, non-taxable payment of up to $600.
·The Federal Government is launching a National Workplace Accessibility Stream to help people with disabilities find and keep good jobs
o The Federal Government is funding 5 new projects to help workers with disabilities get supportive devices to overcome barriers in the workplace
o More Canadians returned to work in May, roughly 1.2 million Canadians who applied for CERB no longer need this support
o The Federal Government will contribute $14 billion to help provinces restart their economies.
